All solicitors registered with The Scottish Legal Aid Board are 'quality assured' by The Law Society of Scotland. The quality of service and advice provided by a legal aid lawyer will match, if not better, the standard of service and advice provided by solicitors who no longer offer their services to those who cannot afford to pay.
